1. Standard website service

The standard service is a strategically planned website of up to 10 pages, including responsive implementation, assisted copy based on approved business information, a customer contact or booking path, search-ready technical foundations, launch support, hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring, and two revision rounds.

2. Standard pricing

The standard RevenueReady website has $0 setup and costs $99 per month, with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime. Your first monthly payment is due at launch. Optional work and applicable taxes are extra. The signed proposal states the recurring payment date, included scope, and any project-specific adjustments.

3. Schedule

For a standard project, RevenueReady targets a complete first version within five business days after the signed agreement, agreed materials, account access, and project decisions have been received. Launch is typically targeted within ten business days when feedback is prompt. Added scope, missing content or access, delayed decisions, factual review, and third-party outages may change the schedule.

4. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business information, required account access, material it has the right to use, timely approvals, and documentation for licenses, insurance statements, warranties, certifications, reviews, results, or other claims it wants published. The client remains responsible for the truth and legality of its services and advertising.

5. Revisions and monthly care

Two structured revision rounds are included before launch. Monthly care includes hosting, TLS, backups, uptime and form monitoring, dependency maintenance, and one consolidated routine edit request or up to 30 minutes of routine edits. Unused edit time does not roll over. Added functionality, redesigns, or work beyond the allowance requires a separate written scope.

6. Ownership and license

The client owns its domain, business data, supplied copy, photos, logos, and lead data. RevenueReady retains its reusable systems, components, and underlying platform intellectual property and licenses the deployed implementation during the service relationship.

The signed agreement defines export or transfer options, third-party dependencies, credentials, software licenses, and any post-transfer support, before work begins.

7. Additional scope

Requirements outside the standard website are evaluated and quoted separately. Examples include:

• Online stores and complex ecommerce
• Custom applications or customer portals
• Advanced CRM and third-party integrations
• Ongoing SEO and content campaigns
• Paid advertising and media spend
• Professional photography or video production
• Full brand identity systems

8. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, forms, analytics, security checks, payment processing, maps, scheduling, and other integrations may depend on third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing, and accounts are outside RevenueReady’s complete control. The signed agreement identifies who owns and pays for each required account.

9. No outcome guarantee

Search rankings, calls, form submissions, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, profit, and return on investment are not guaranteed. A website can improve the message, credibility, structure, performance, experience, and conversion path it controls. Business outcomes also depend on the market, reputation, offer, traffic, pricing, operations, and follow-through.

10. Cancellation and disputes

You may cancel the monthly service at any time; there is no minimum subscription term. The signed service agreement explains how to cancel and addresses billing, failed payments, suspension, refunds, transfer rights, cure periods, warranties, liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution. 11. Website requests

Submitting the website request form does not create a client relationship, reserve a production date, sign an agreement, authorize a charge, or guarantee project acceptance. A project begins only after the required agreement, project details, and approvals are complete. The first monthly payment is due when the website goes live.
