Frequently asked questions
Know what to expect before we talk.
The right website partner should make the scope, process, price, and responsibilities understandable from the beginning.
Still have a question?
Send it with your website request. Starting a conversation does not create a contract or authorize a charge.
Do you only work with one type of business?
No. RevenueReady works with service businesses, professional firms, local companies, and other organizations that need a credible website with a clear customer path. The message and design are tailored to the individual business.
Can you build a new website or improve the one we have?
Both. We can create the complete first website for a business or replace an outdated, unclear, slow, or difficult-to-manage site with a stronger version.
What does the standard website cost?
The standard RevenueReady website has $0 setup and costs $99 per month, covering strategy, copy, design, build, launch, hosting, and ongoing care with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime. Larger or specialized requirements are quoted separately before work begins.
Is this just a one-page template?
No. The standard service includes a strategically planned website of up to 10 pages. Each page is chosen to help customers understand the offer, trust the business, and take the right next step.
Do we need to write all the copy?
No. We shape the website copy from your intake, existing material, and conversations. You review the facts, claims, and final wording before anything is published.
How long does a website take?
We agree on the schedule before work begins, based on the website scope, available materials, and review process. Additional requirements, missing content, or delayed decisions can move the timeline. Your proposal sets the project-specific expectations.
What is included in monthly care?
Monthly care includes hosting, TLS, backups, uptime and form monitoring, dependency maintenance, and one consolidated routine edit request or up to 30 minutes of routine edits. Larger changes are quoted before work starts.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain, business content, supplied photos and logos, and lead data. The reusable RevenueReady platform is licensed during the service relationship. Website transfer, export, and post-transfer support are agreed in writing before work begins.
Will a new website guarantee more revenue?
No website company can responsibly guarantee revenue, rankings, or leads. RevenueReady improves the parts a website can control—message, credibility, structure, speed, user experience, and the path to contact—while results also depend on your market, reputation, offer, traffic, and follow-through.
