Who is responsible
RevenueReady is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@getrevenueready.com.
Information the consultation form collects
The form asks for a name, business name, business email, optional phone number, optional current website, primary market or service area, website need, and an optional message. It also processes limited technical information needed to prevent abuse, such as request timing, IP-derived rate-limit data, and a Turnstile security token when that service is enabled.
How the information is used
- To review and respond to the consultation request.
- To determine whether the website service fits the stated business need.
- To protect the website and form from spam, fraud, and misuse.
- To maintain business records if a proposal or client relationship follows.
A consultation request does not subscribe the sender to a marketing list.
Service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Resend for transactional consultation notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention. Those providers process limited information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sale and advertising use
RevenueReady does not sell consultation-form personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Unanswered or non-client consultation records are removed when no longer needed, normally within 12 months, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, tax, dispute, or active business purposes.
Security
The website uses validation, request-size limits, a honeypot, minimum submission time, rate limiting, origin checks, and Turnstile verification when enabled. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask RevenueReady to correct or delete consultation information, subject to legal and operational retention needs. Use the contact method above to make a privacy request. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the consultation form.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be published here before they apply, together with any additional notice or consent required by law.
